Centrifugal Cleaner Operation
Centrifugal cleaners operate on the principle of action/reaction. As pressurized oil enters the interior, it goes through the rotational tube and sprayed into the rotor tube. Once oil goes through the two nozzles at the bottom of the centrifuge, it generates high-speed rotational force. Then, oil pressure and flow are transformed into rotational energy.
Due to the difference in rotational force between the oil and the foreign substances, these two elements are separated by the cleaner. Foreign substances, then, accumulate on the inner wall of the rotor tube and the refined oil goes back to the oil tank.
